Events
Jean offers facilitation of strategy retreats and other organizational development events. She provides the form of the process, and the group provides the content. Jean uses open space inspired processes to foster group intelligence and group emotional intelligence. Together, we collectively create a process to communicate and adapt as a group focusing on solutions rather than problems, strengths rather than weaknesses, what is present rather than what is absent. This allows groups to integrate skills and resources to create the best that they can.
