Creating and nurturing conversations, Jean “immaculately holds space” for transformation. Fifteen years experience in writing and editing coupled with the study of cultural theory and NLP make her highly sensitized to the flow of communication and interpersonal dynamics. With exquisite process skills in coaching and facilitation, she has facilitated strategy retreats and social benefit conferences, collaborating with colleagues in fields ranging from technology (esp social media) to philanthropy, currencies, green/sustainable design, community development, international development, and human rights.

Jean co-founded catalyst organizations: Nurture.biz and Inspired Legacies. A powerful reframing of sustainability, her passion project, thrivable.org, grows a movement for thrivability through a wide network of visionaries, thought leaders, change agents, and entrepreneurs.

Jean works with technology clients such as OsoEco, PeopleBrowsr, ZyoZy, and others to design online social spaces. As a top rated participant on the illustrious Omidyar.net community as well as holding a twitter grade of over 99.9%, Jean understands community dynamics from a participant perspective.
